Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments of seniors’ psychosocial needs through interviews and standardized tools to gather information on emotional, mental, and social factors that impact their lives.

• Provide counseling and emotional support, helping seniors navigate significant life changes, such as health issues, loss, and transitions into care facilities.
