Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings, evaluating clients' substance abuse history, mental health, and specific treatment needs using established protocols.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, incorporating therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI) to encourage client engagement and progress.

• Actively collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including physicians, nurses, and case managers, to coordinate care plans and ensure comprehensive support for clients.
