Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose clients' mental health conditions, employing validated diagnostic tools and methodologies.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions tailored to address specific issues faced by clients, utilizing various therapeutic techniques such as CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique needs and goals, while effectively collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed.

• Continuously monitor clients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans based on their evolving needs and feedback in a timely manner to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Draft and maintain accurate session notes, treatment documentation, and progress reports in accordance with state regulations and organizational standards.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in acute distress, enabling them to cope with immediate challenges effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on senior clients, many of whom are navigating complex life transitions, loss, and relationship changes. You will utilize your skills to foster a safe space for open dialogue, enabling clients to discuss their concerns and set actionable goals. You will also work with couples seeking to enhance their relationships, facilitating therapeutic conversations that promote understanding and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from a regionally accredited program.

• An active license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the field of clinical social work, particularly within mental health settings.

• Diverse experience in diagnostic evaluation and collaborative treatment planning.

• Proficient in conducting evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions.

• Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to connect with clients and articulate their needs and treatment progress effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, reflecting the importance we place on your expertise and contributions.
