• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to determine patient needs and develop effective treatment plans based on evidence-based best practices.

• Implement solution-focused therapeutic interventions through one-on-one therapy sessions, ensuring a personalized approach to each client's unique situation.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies, focusing on accuracy and timeliness to uphold care standards.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, participating in case consultations and team meetings to enhance patient care quality.

• Engage in ongoing education initiatives, both for patients and families, fostering a better understanding of mental health issues and treatment pathways.

• Stay informed on the latest research developments and clinical practices in mental health to continually refine therapeutic approaches and improve outcomes.

You will work with a diverse population that may include adolescents and adults facing mental health challenges, substance abuse issues, and co-occurring disorders. Your role is pivotal in helping clients navigate these difficulties, set and achieve personal treatment goals, and impart essential skills for lasting recovery.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
\n
• Candidates must hold a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Texas.
\n
• At least 3 years of proven clinical experience in the field of psychotherapy is necessary.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy techniques.
\n
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Experience working in a detox or rehabilitation setting, particularly with individuals coping with substance use disorders, is preferred. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and evidence-based treatment methodologies will be considered advantageous.
