Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at King Rail, you will engage in various responsibilities to support our clients:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Deliver various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short-term therapy for individuals, families, and groups.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records consistent with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic client care.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, preferably in a therapeutic setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging between $70,000 and $110,000, complemented by performance bonuses and potential for uncapped earnings.
