Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Utilize treatment approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with specific goals and interventions tailored to each client.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other specialists to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as necessary to address immediate client needs effectively.

• Maintain meticulous records and documentation in adherence to ethical and legal guidelines, including clinical notes and treatment summaries.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will predominantly address the needs of individuals dealing with various mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and other trauma-related conditions. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
