This position is entirely remote, offering the flexibility to work from your home while coordinating directly with the outpatient office. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of seniors, examining emotional, mental, and social components to inform care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will predominantly focus on seniors, addressing a variety of mental health issues associated with aging, including depression, anxiety, and social isolation. This role requires a compassionate approach, understanding the emotional landscape that seniors navigate daily. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C).

Compensation and Benefits\n
