Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with hours worked and experience. Additionally, you will receive a sign-on bonus upon joining our team, along with a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors. Payment will be distributed via weekly direct deposit for your convenience.
