Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct evidence-based therapy sessions with individuals, families, and groups to address diverse mental health issues.

• Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments to create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of sessions and treatment progress in line with Maryland regulations and our internal policies.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and community organizations to offer holistic support for clients.

• Engage actively in clinical team meetings, offering insights during supervision, and participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

• Serve as an advocate for clients, assisting them in accessing additional social services or wraparound care as needed.

• Act in accordance with the NASW Code of Ethics and uphold professional standards established by the Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve embody a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences, including but not limited to individuals experiencing substance use challenges, trauma history, mood disorders, anxiety, and various life transitions. Your role will significantly contribute to their healing processes by providing therapeutic intervention and supportive counseling that addresses both immediate concerns and long-term wellness goals.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active and unrestricted LCSW-C license in the State of Maryland.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited university.
