Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' backgrounds and develop comprehensive, customized treatment plans focusing on their strengths and challenges.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation in alignment with Maryland state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring adherence to compliance standards.

• Coordinate with a wide network of internal professionals, including case managers, psychiatrists, and community organizations, to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Engage in regular clinical team meetings and participate in supervision and continuous training sessions to promote ongoing professional development.

• Advocate effectively for client needs, facilitating access to additional resources, social services, or wraparound care to support client continuity.

• Consistently uphold ethical practices in accordance with the NASW Code of Ethics and Maryland Board standards, fostering an environment of integrity and respect.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals in need of detox services, including those recovering from substance use disorders and related mental health issues. Your expertise will guide clients through their recovery journey by addressing not only their immediate needs but also equipping them with long-term coping strategies. You will be instrumental in fostering resilience and instilling hope among diverse populations who may be experiencing psychological distress, trauma, or transitional challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) license in Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n
