Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients entering the Detox Center, identifying their social, emotional, and environmental challenges.

• Develop personalized service plans that outline specific goals, interventions, and regular progress monitoring to facilitate client recovery and growth.

• Provide individual and family counseling tailored to the unique experiences and challenges faced by clients, helping them navigate through difficult times.

• Implement crisis interventions, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans to ensure the well-being of clients during critical moments.

• Collaborate with clients to connect them to community resources, ensuring they have access to services that can support their long-term recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
