Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to obtain a deep understanding of clients’ mental health histories, current concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatments such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care tailored to each client's needs.

• Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate individualized treatment plans with clearly defined goals and appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, educational workshops, and support groups focusing on mental health awareness, coping strategies, and resilience building.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, educators, and other mental health professionals to coordinate care and create an integrative support network for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments, ensuring clients’ safety and well-being throughout therapeutic interventions.

• Document all client interactions in a timely manner, adhering to ethical, legal standards, and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
