Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of patients, including gathering relevant history and operationalizing detailed treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Engage in solution-based therapeutic interventions, applying evidence-based practices to support patients in coping with grief, depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges related to end-of-life issues.

• Maintain precise and timely records of clinical sessions, treatment progress, and family interactions using our secure electronic health records (EHR) system.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, which may include physicians, nurses, and chaplains, to formulate integrated care strategies that holistically address the needs of patients.

• Provide education and continuous support to patients and their families about the dying process, grief, and available resources, ensuring they feel empowered in their choices.

• Stay current with relevant mental health research and treatment methodologies to enhance the quality of services provided.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
