This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while you provide critical outpatient therapy services to individuals and families affected by cancer diagnoses. Our salary range for this role is competitive, between USD 90,000 and 105,000 annually, with the opportunity for a sign-on bonus.

The Clinical Social Worker will operate in a supportive, climate-controlled office environment, engaging in daily interactions with department colleagues and healthcare providers. In this role, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients, utilizing recognized tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to determine individual needs and formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate collaborative treatment planning with patients and their families, creating measurable objectives that support their psychosocial well-being and cancer-related challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records, treatment progress, and other clinical information in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, coordinating with other healthcare providers and referral agencies to ensure a comprehensive support network for your patients.

• Provide mentorship and educational opportunities to students, interns, and team members, enhancing their professional development and skillsets within the mental health field.
