The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program. Job Description Primary Responsibilities & Essential Functions Title Processing & Compliance Examine vehicle titles for accuracy, completeness, and conformity with state requirements. Verify VINs, odometer readings, lien releases, negotiability, and alterations Maintain working knowledge of DMV laws and titling regulations across multiple states Identify, assess, and report potential title discrepancies or fraud Resolve title issues through interaction with customers, dealers, lenders, and regulatory agencies Communicate professionally regarding outstanding titles, required documentation, and resolution timelines Support negotiation and resolution of title‑related sale issues when needed Update and maintain accurate records in title management systems and internal platforms Process exception queues, outstanding title reports, and aging titles Perform audits, documentation tracking, and reporting as required Support sale‑day and post‑sale title activities as assigned Demonstrate commitment to safety by following all procedures and modeling safe behaviors Perform other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Generally less than 2 years of related experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Effective communication and customer service skills Key Responsibilities Process and reassign titles for auction vehicle sales Review titles for accuracy and completeness Assist with outstanding title reports and seller follow‑up Support sale‑day transactions and audits Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in administrative, automotive, or customer service environments Schedule Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday - 8:30am - 5:00pm Thursday - 8:00am - 5:00pm Friday - 8:30 - 3:00pm Drug Testing To be employed in this role, you’ll need to clear a pre-employment drug test.
