Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Inner Growth P.C., your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments of students experiencing a variety of mental health concerns.

• Developing individualized treatment plans that take into consideration relevant evidence-based interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Providing ongoing psychotherapy and therapeutic interventions to students and their families in accordance with established best practices.

• Maintaining meticulous and compliant clinical records in alignment with HIPAA regulations to ensure the confidentiality and safety of patient information.

• Collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals—including school counselors, psychologists, and psychiatrists—to create a unified treatment approach tailored to each student's needs.

• Participating in regular case discussions and peer review meetings to share insights and strategies that improve treatment outcomes.
