- Provide psychotherapy services using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), skillfully adjusting your approach to meet the individual needs of your clients. \n
- Maintain meticulous clinical records that comply with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the confidentiality and safety of your clients' information. \n
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and educational staff, to create a holistic care approach that supports students in their academic and personal growth. \n
- Engage in regular case consultations and participate in peer review meetings, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and quality care. \n
- Educate patients and their families about mental health issues and available community resources, empowering them to take charge of their mental health journey. \n

Your primary focus will be on students in school settings, ranging from elementary age to high school. You will work closely with children and adolescents facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues, alongside their families. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. \n
- A valid California license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). \n
