Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct insightful and thorough patient assessments to identify individualized needs and formulate personalized treatment plans that support each client's journey toward wellness.

• Employ creative, evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to help clients achieve, and even surpass, their treatment goals, ensuring a personalized approach to each session.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in alignment with company protocols and regulatory standards.

• Manage a robust schedule, providing at least 20 client visits per week, while ensuring optimal time management and therapeutic engagement.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, family members, medical staff, and other stakeholders to deliver comprehensive and integrated care that addresses all aspects of patient needs.

• Participate actively in staff meetings, case consultations, and ongoing training sessions to stay current with best practices and contribute to the team's collective knowledge base.

• Adapt to additional responsibilities as assigned, supporting the evolving needs of the organization and its clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating a range of mental health challenges. Your expertise will help guide clients through conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, ultimately fostering resilience and emotional well-being. Your ability to engage with clients from various backgrounds will be vital in building trust and facilitating therapeutic progress.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an outpatient mental health setting.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California is essential.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills that promote effective interaction with clients and colleagues.

• Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to facilitate documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes dental, health, life, and disability insurance.
