Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and areas for growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on supporting school-aged children and their families, addressing a range of psychological and emotional difficulties. This might include assisting students who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and behavioral challenges in both academic and home settings. You will play a crucial role in advocating for and empowering these individuals while fostering resilience and promoting mental health awareness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of California.

• A minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience working with diverse populations, preferably in a school or outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary structure ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually for full-time positions, with part-time options available at USD 65,000 per year.
