Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to students experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disturbances, both in virtual sessions and through community engagements.

• Cultivate positive relationships with clients, families, and school personnel by establishing trust and demonstrating a genuine commitment to their well-being.

• Implement evidence-based screening processes, develop individualized care plans, and monitor progress to ensure each client receives the tailored support they require.

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions, working collaboratively with clients to address their presenting issues and empower them to make informed decisions.

• Assist in crisis intervention as needed, employing de-escalation techniques and resources to help safeguard client welfare.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The anticipated salary range for this position is USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
