Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand students' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client's goals, monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as necessary.

• Work closely with educational staff, including teachers and school counselors, to create a supportive network for students.

• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions and support groups, promoting peer interaction and shared experiences.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning for students in urgent need.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and records to comply with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in client interactions.

• Engage in ongoing communication with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders to foster a well-rounded support system for students.

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents facing various behavioral and emotional challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
