Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Implementing therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored specifically to the patients' unique experiences and challenges.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in adherence to HIPAA regulations and industry standards, ensuring that patient information is secure and confidential.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary professionals, such as psychiatrists and psychologists, to create a well-rounded treatment approach that addresses all aspects of a patient's well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will focus on a diverse demographic of school-aged children and adolescents, many of whom may experience anxiety, depression, behavior issues, or trauma-related challenges. As an LCSW, you will support not only the mental health of individual students but also foster a harmonious partnership with their families to promote healthy coping mechanisms and resilience. You will also work closely with school staff to provide training and workshops that enhance the overall mental health culture within the educational environment.

Qualifications\n
