This position operates within a remote framework, allowing for flexibility while ensuring effective service delivery within school settings. You will work collaboratively with educators, school administrators, and other healthcare providers to create a supportive, multidisciplinary approach to student mental health. Key Responsibilities\n

• Direct and lead psychoeducational and process-oriented therapy groups to foster students' emotional and social skill development.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based interventions to address a variety of mental health challenges.

• Perform thorough clinical assessments to determine treatment needs and guide patients through personalized care plans.

• Manage various case management duties effectively, including communicating with the Utilization Review Department regarding patient authorizations and payment processes.
\n
• Initiate discharge planning on the day of patient admission, ensuring all relevant supports and resources are in place before leaving care.
\n
• Confirm and coordinate discharge appointments with patients and their families to ensure continuity of care.
\n
• Facilitate patient transitions to higher levels of care as necessary, advocating for their ongoing support needs.
\n
• Collaborate with the treatment team and milieu staff to maintain the highest standards of clinical quality in all interactions with patients.
\n
• Demonstrate crisis management skills during sessions and in the milieu to ensure the safety and well-being of all clients.

• Engage in clinical outreach and program tours to promote mental health awareness and resources in the community.
\n
• Provide additional support to clinical team members as needed, sharing best practices and insights to enhance overall service delivery.

Qualifications\n
