Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for students, including gathering personal histories, identifying current concerns, and evaluating risk factors.

• Work collaboratively with students to develop and implement customized treatment plans that address mental health challenges, supporting emotional health, and facilitating integration into the school environment.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused therapy to treat a variety of mental health disorders.

• Facilitate one-on-one and group therapy sessions aimed at enhancing personal development, emotional regulation, and effective coping strategies.

• Coordinate care with other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive support and streamline treatment for students.

• Provide crisis intervention and mental health guidance during urgent situations, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our students.

This role focuses on students from diverse backgrounds, including those facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid LCSW license in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
