Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services as a primary clinician, engaging with clients both in virtual and community-based settings to assess and address mental health conditions.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans based on comprehensive assessments and client collaborative input.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings and assessments, utilizing tools that ensure appropriate interventions for various developmental stages.

• Provide crisis intervention services, utilizing de-escalation techniques and immediate counseling strategies as necessary.

• Document all clinical activities, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and organizational guidelines. Maintain timely progress notes and reports to meet regulatory requirements.

• Participate in and contribute to interdisciplinary team meetings and quality improvement committees to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.

• Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed to ensure efficacy and empowerment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) and current LCSW licensure to practice in California is required.

• At least 2 years of professional experience as a clinician, particularly in school settings or with youth populations.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly to clients, families, and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 70,000 – 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
