Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify the strengths and challenges of each client, guiding the creation of tailored treatment plans to address their unique circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group counseling, tailored to the specific needs of students in the school setting.

• Collaborate effectively with teachers, school administrators, and other healthcare providers to coordinate care that supports each student’s overall wellness and academic success.

• Advocate passionately for clients’ rights by connecting them to community resources and support services, including educational programs and mental health resources.

• Document all client interactions meticulously in electronic health records to track treatment progress, adjust interventions, and comply with ethical standards.

• Engage in regular case conferencing and team meetings, contributing to a shared knowledge base and learning from peers to enhance clinical skills and address complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clients will be school-aged children and their families, emphasizing a population that often faces diverse challenges including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
