Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will take ownership of a wide range of responsibilities, including:

• Developing and implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to each student's specific circumstances.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical records, adhering to HIPAA regulations while ensuring compliance with ethical standards.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including teachers, school counselors, and mental health professionals, to coordinate care and support services for students.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to foster continuous improvement in service delivery.

• Providing education and guidance to students and their families concerning mental health topics, available treatments, and community resources that can assist with their unique challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse group of school-aged children and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and trauma-related challenges. You will play a vital role in supporting their emotional development and academic success by providing tailored therapeutic interventions and working collaboratively with educators and families to create a holistic support network.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• A minimum of three (3) years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services, preferably in a school or community setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
