Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical assessments, interventions, and ongoing support for clients, paying special attention to those facing major mental health challenges and severe emotional disorders.

• Engage respectfully with clients of diverse backgrounds, adapting communication styles and support techniques to fit individual cultural needs and personal circumstances.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans, ensuring coordination of services and effective information sharing among clients, their families, and other providers.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and follow up with comprehensive assessments when necessary.

• Manage a diverse caseload, which includes conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of your clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and dire support during stressful situations, employing evidence-based strategies to maintain safety and promote recovery.

• Monitor client progress, including participation in treatment and discharge planning, ensuring timely updates and reporting of data.

• Contribute to quality improvement efforts by participating in committees and providing feedback aimed at enhancing service delivery and patient satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as an LCSW will primarily revolve around serving clients with significant mental health needs, including those struggling with severe emotional disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
