Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gain insights into clients' mental health issues, strengths, and challenges, allowing for targeted treatment planning.

• Create, implement, and continuously evaluate individualized treatment plans based on the latest evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy, ensuring measurable progress toward therapy goals.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions while employing a variety of therapeutic modalities designed to address the diverse needs of our clients.

• Engage in crisis intervention strategies, performing risk assessments and developing safety plans for at-risk clients to ensure their immediate well-being and continuity of care.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions to comply with ethical and legal standards, using our electronic health record system efficiently.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that encourage community and shared learning among clients.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and ensure that each client receives well-rounded support throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
