Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to students facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ psychosocial functioning to inform treatment planning.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that are culturally competent and responsive to each student’s needs.

• Regularly communicate and collaborate with school educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to create a supportive network for each student.

• Utilize electronic health record systems to document patient progress, treatment plans, and other necessary clinical data.

• Ensure ethical practice and compliance with all mental health laws and regulations, including maintaining confidentiality and obtaining informed consent.

• Provide educational resources and support for students and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited university.
