Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at North East Alliance Health Systems, you will be expected to:

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, gathering pertinent information on clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources during initial consultations.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities to provide individualized, family, and group therapy tailored to meet diverse client needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that outline specific goals and therapeutic interventions, regularly reviewing progress to adapt strategies as necessary.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate care and enhance treatment outcomes.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and educational workshops to equip clients with coping skills and strategies for managing their mental health.

• Provide crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments as required, ensuring client safety through effective safety planning.

Qualifications\n
