Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement comprehensive support packages tailored to help clients navigate their specific challenges and achieve personal goals.

• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to understand clients’ current conditions, leveraging evidence-based tools and techniques to identify their needs, strengths, and areas for improvement.

• Establish clear, measurable goals for each client based on their individual circumstances and monitor their progress through regular evaluations and treatment modifications.

• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support during sessions, ensuring clients feel safe and heard, especially in high-stress situations.

• Maintain meticulous records and documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress to comply with organizational standards and regulations.

• Actively participate in case conferences, sharing insights and collaborating with other professionals to devise comprehensive care strategies for clients.

• Serve as a key worker, coordinating referrals to community resources and additional services that can support clients in their recovery journeys.

• Provide expert testimony and documentation in legal settings when necessary, ensuring the client's voice is represented.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
