Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial and ongoing assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and tailor treatment plans accordingly.

• Foster effective communication with supervisors, direct care staff, family members, and guardians regarding clients' progress and treatment outcomes.

• Develop and provide tentative schedules for appointments, in-home visits, and observational sessions to monitor client development.
\n
• Coordinate and perform in-home visits for assessments, chart reviews, and interviews, ensuring the collection of comprehensive data for effective treatment adjustments.
\n
• Ensure that treatment plans are implemented effectively and modified according to client feedback and clinical necessity.
\n
• Participate actively in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to discuss client cases and contribute to holistic treatment strategies.
\n
• Document progress notes on a monthly and quarterly basis to track client improvements and care strategies.
\n
• Lead training sessions for staff on implementing program plans and maintaining accurate documentation to uphold compliance with legal standards.
\n
• Conduct follow-up interviews and home visits to provide ongoing support and address any emerging challenges faced by clients.

• Act as a liaison between clients, families, and the mental health community to advocate for resources and development goals.

• Assist in the creation of training materials and procedures aimed at enhancing staff competencies and improving overall program efficacy.

Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds, including adults, couples, and youth. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• An active and unrestricted LPC license in the State of Oregon.

• Minimum of 2 years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards within mental health practice.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with a wide range of clientele.

• Proven capability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) software and related technologies.

Preferred Experience\n

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
