Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, which inform treatment planning.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, setting specific and achievable goals alongside clients.

• Collaborate with the treatment team, ensuring coordinated and comprehensive care for our clients.

• Offer crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning as necessary to mitigate immediate mental health risks.

• Facilitate psychoeducational classes and support groups to enhance coping skills and resilience among participants.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring that client records reflect treatment provided.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
