Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Treatment (SFBT), tailored to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Provide crisis intervention support as needed and work alongside interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care for those in acute distress.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to both clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health issues, empowering them with tools and strategies to manage their conditions effectively.

• Work with a diverse team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to coordinate holistic patient care.

• Evaluate treatment outcomes regularly to assess the effectiveness of interventions and adjust treatment plans as necessary for optimal results.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work is required.
