Work Environment\n

This position allows for a flexible work arrangement as it is primarily remote. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, psychiatrists, and support staff. Engaging in virtual team meetings, you will contribute to case discussions, share insights, and participate in the continuous improvement of our treatment strategies. While you will have the flexibility of remote work, you will also engage with clients in-person when necessary at our outpatient office in Fort Collins.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and ongoing assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and tailor treatment plans accordingly.

• Facilitate clear and effective communication with supervisors, team members, families, and other stakeholders regarding clients' progress and treatment updates.
\n
• Provide a comprehensive schedule of appointments, home visits, and monitoring observations to supervisors to ensure consistent wraparound care.
\n
• Coordinate home visits, which may involve chart reviews, staff interviews, and observational assessments to evaluate clients' progress in their natural environments.
\n
• Oversee the implementation of program plans, guaranteeing they are executed effectively to yield the best client outcomes.
\n
• Engage actively in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings, sharing insights and recommendations to enhance client care.
\n
• Document monthly and quarterly progress through detailed notes that track the clients' evolution and treatment journey.
\n
• Organize and conduct training sessions for fellow team members to ensure they are well-equipped to implement program plans and maintain accurate documentation.
\n
• Provide consistent follow-up through interviews and observations, ensuring ongoing support tailored to individual needs.
\n
• Maintain meticulous records to ensure pertinent information is accessible to stakeholders when necessary.
\n
• Act as a liaison between Rethink Mental Healthcare and the broader mental health community, fostering relationships that support developmental goals.

• Assist in developing and refining training materials designed to enhance program efficacy and client service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will cater to a diverse client population that includes adults and youth from various backgrounds, each facing their unique mental health challenges. You will be equipped to address issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and interpersonal relationships, using your expertise and empathetic approach to facilitate healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
\n
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
\n
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical context.
\n
• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards relevant to mental health practice.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with a wide range of clients.

• A demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team environment.
\n
• Proficient in the use of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technologies.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience or specialization in family and couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma-informed care is highly preferred.

• Prior experience in community mental health settings or outpatient facilities is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
