Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly live video therapy sessions to individual adult clients, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address a range of mental health concerns.

• Work collaboratively with a team of psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to ensure integrated and comprehensive treatment for all patients.

• Utilize symptom self-assessments, functional improvement metrics, and treatment goal measures to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans responsively.

• Engage in regular consultation and support with team members to foster professional growth and enhance the quality of care provided.

• Participate in educational opportunities, including free monthly training sessions, to continually refine your skills and knowledge in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The individuals you will serve include a diverse adult population facing a variety of mental health disorders, from general anxiety and depression to more severe conditions associated with increased risk of self-harm. Your approach will be rooted in culturally responsive practices, ensuring that care is adapted to meet the unique needs of every client you encounter.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or social work from an accredited program (required LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure).

• Minimum of one year of independent practice as a Licensed Therapist, Counselor, or Clinical Psychologist.

• Demonstrated understanding and experience working with adult populations, particularly those at higher risk or facing significant mental health challenges.

• Ideally, two years of recent experience in cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions tailored for individual adults.

Compensation and Benefits\n
