Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based mindfulness-based interventions, including MBSR, tailored to the unique needs of clients seeking stress reduction and emotional balance.

• Perform thorough initial assessments to identify each client's specific stressors, challenges, and therapeutic goals, and develop personalized mindfulness programs to address these factors.

• Guide clients through a variety of mindfulness exercises, meditation, and breathing techniques, fostering self-awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, including workshops focused on mindfulness practices and stress management techniques.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and medical professionals to integrate mindfulness principles into a cohesive, client-centered treatment plan.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and mindfulness interventions, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited university.

• A current, valid license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

• A strong foundation in delivering mindfulness-based therapy is preferred, with specific training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) being advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
