Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, initial assessments with new clients to evaluate their mental health needs and establish rapport.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities to deliver individual therapy sessions. This may include cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based strategies.

• Provide teletherapy options, maintaining a high standard of ethics and confidentiality during virtual sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various challenges. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients and their backgrounds.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a caseload and maintain accurate records.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
