Key Responsibilities\n- \n

- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to coordinate care, ensuring a cohesive treatment strategy for all clients. \n
- Provide crisis intervention services promptly, addressing urgent mental health issues and offering support during critical situations. \n
- Educate patients about available treatment options, community resources, and strategies for managing mental health challenges. \n
- Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards while using the latest electronic health record (EHR) systems. \n
- Actively participate in regular team meetings, peer consultations, and professional development workshops to stay informed on best practices and advancements in the field. \n

Qualifications\n- \n

- Demonstrated understanding of mental health disorders and a solid foundation in therapeutic techniques. \n

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients and engage effectively with a multidisciplinary team. \n
