You will work from the comfort of your home environment, with core hours from Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. There is no on-call work required, enabling you to maintain a balanced lifestyle while dedicating professional hours to impactful counseling sessions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly video counseling sessions with individual adult clients, employing evidence-based practices to guide therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including fellow mental health professionals and psychiatric providers, to formulate comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Utilize symptom self-assessments and progress monitoring tools to evaluate client improvement and adapt treatment strategies as necessary.

• Participate in continuous clinical support through weekly consultation drop-in sessions, ensuring you remain informed and empowered in your practice.

• Document each session and client progress efficiently using our user-friendly electronic medical record (EMR) system, streamlining both documentation and clinical workflow.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role centers around supporting a diverse range of adult clients, encompassing individuals with common mental health challenges and those experiencing acute psychological distress. This includes working with clients facing risk factors associated with suicidal ideation or chronic mental health disorders. Your commitment to culturally responsive counseling will allow you to effectively serve all populations, enhancing therapeutic outcomes through understanding and empathy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (such as LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited institution.

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a licensed therapist, counselor, or psychologist, specializing in adult mental health care.

• Active independent license to practice as a mental health professional for a minimum of one year.

Compensation and Benefits\n
