Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand patients' psychological and emotional needs, formulating tailored treatment strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to provide individualized therapy to clients including individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and support sessions that foster community and address prevalent mental health issues.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during instances of mental health emergencies, guiding clients towards stabilization.

• Educate patients regarding their mental health conditions, exploring treatment options and available resources within the community.

• Ensure accurate charting and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution; a Master's degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
