Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial intake assessments to understand each client's unique circumstances, needs, and goals.

• Develop customized treatment plans that align with best practices and the individual therapeutic objectives of clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Lead therapeutic sessions, both one-on-one and group formats, covering a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship dynamics.

• Partner with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and comprehensive support for clients, including referrals and community resources.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through continuing education to remain abreast of the latest trends and techniques in mental health care.

• Provide feedback and innovative suggestions for improving clinical practices, service delivery, and program efficiency within our organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• An active and valid licensing or certification in your state, specifically as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW, is essential for this role.

• At least two years of professional experience working directly with individuals facing emotional and mental health challenges is a necessary qualification.

• Strong interpersonal skills that allow for the development of quick rapport and therapeutic alliance with clients.

• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems is preferred, although not mandatory.
