Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based practices, ensuring each client receives tailored and effective treatment plans by evaluating their unique psychological needs.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic methodologies including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused interventions to address clients' specific issues, fostering their resilience and recovery.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of clinical notes and treatment progress while adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines, thus ensuring confidentiality and integrity in client care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health specialists during regular consultations to improve service delivery and care quality.

• Provide educational resources and support to clients and their families about mental health conditions and available treatment options, empowering them to be proactive in their mental wellness and recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with represent a wide spectrum of backgrounds and mental health challenges, including but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral issues. The diverse nature of our clientele provides a rich environment for therapists to apply their skills across various contexts and engage deeply in meaningful therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York State.
