Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized assessments, developing tailored therapy plans that meet the diverse needs of our clients.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care, including referrals when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMHC at Palo Pinto Psychotherapy Services, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationship issues. Your role will be pivotal in helping clients navigate challenges and develop coping mechanisms conducive to long-term well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted LMHC license in the state of New York is essential for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
