Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, establishing informed treatment plans tailored to each individual.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address a variety of mental health issues.

• Facilitate potentially family, marriage, and group counseling sessions, adapting your expertise to suit different client needs and dynamics.

• Administer mental health screenings and ongoing assessments, ensuring that treatment strategies remain relevant and effective.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress, adhering to Federal, State, and organizational regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and co-occurring disorders. Our focus extends to serving children, adolescents, families, and couples, creating impactful therapeutic relationships that promote healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Psychology or Social Work is required, with licensure in either Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Counseling (LPCC), or Clinical Social Work (LCSW).

• Must possess a current and valid mental health licensure in the State of New York.

• A strong foundation in the principles and practices of individual and family counseling is a must.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience working with individuals facing mental and behavioral health challenges, including experience in co-occurring disorder treatment and substance abuse counseling.

• Experience with families and couples, demonstrating the ability to facilitate effective communication and resolution.

• Familiarity with innovative teletherapy tools and platforms is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
