Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions aimed at assisting clients in overcoming dependencies, adapting to life transitions, and instilling positive behavioral changes.

• Maintain strict confidentiality of all treatment records and communications while managing sensitive patient information with professionalism and care.

• Guide clients in developing coping strategies and life skills to navigate their challenges, facilitating open discussions that promote self-exploration and insight into their personal experiences and relationships.

• Conduct thorough assessments through client interviews, observations, and standardized tests to gather pertinent information and prepare detailed treatment records and reports.

• Evaluate患者’s mental and physical conditions based on assessments and collaboratively develop and implement effective treatment plans informed by clinical knowledge and practices.

• Act as an advocate for clients, coordinating with other healthcare professionals and services to ensure comprehensive support during crisis situations or while addressing complex needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree is preferred.

• Possession of appropriate state credentials and a valid LMHC license.

Compensation and Benefits\n
