Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments and engaging clients in ongoing therapy sessions to address their mental health needs.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to guide clients through their therapeutic journey.

• Developing individualized treatment plans that align with the specific goals and challenges of each client.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress and therapy sessions, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participating in regular team meetings to discuss case management and engage in peer support and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve vary in age and backgrounds, including adults who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. By working closely with schools and community organizations, you will help connect clients with necessary resources and ensure that therapy sessions meet their unique needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s level degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice in the state of Florida (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD).

• At least two years of clinical psychotherapy experience working with adult populations.

• Proficiency in conducting assessments, diagnosing mental health conditions, and developing effective treatment strategies.
