Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to deliver care from the comfort of your own space while maintaining a flexible work schedule, generally Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs, risks, and strengths, ensuring the development of tailored and effective treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other relevant approaches.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups to provide education, build community, and foster peer support among clients facing similar challenges.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and fellow therapists, to coordinate patient care and ensure comprehensive treatment strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention services and response during mental health emergencies, demonstrating empathy and effective problem-solving skills under pressure.

• Educate clients regarding mental health conditions, available resources, and treatment pathways, empowering them to take an active role in their care.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems to facilitate seamless communication and documentation.
