This full-time position involves providing critical mental health services to our geriatric population through a telehealth setting, allowing you to reach and positively impact elderly individuals from the comfort of their homes in Garden Grove, California. The therapist will focus on diagnosing and treating common mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, dementia-related disorders, and various adjustment difficulties specific to older adults.

This role is designed to be performed remotely, utilizing telehealth technologies to facilitate virtual therapy sessions and consultations. As part of our team, you will work Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments focused on the distinctive needs of older adults, ensuring accurate diagnoses and support tailored to their specific situation.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited university.

• A current, valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Psychologist in the state of California.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary for this role ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
